Description
Seeking experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead projects and teams in a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications
- 6+ years' experience managing high dollar projects and large teams
- Current Foremen II and III will have 2-4+ years of supervisory experience respectively
- Experience utilizing prefabrication
Responsibilities
- Organize and field manage electrical projects with a focus on effectiveness and efficiency
- Supervise 2-4 crews with total responsibility for up to 70 employees on multiple sites
- Recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprentices
