Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of work experience as a Superintendent
- Proven experience managing projects larger than $15M
- Must be a licensed Journeyman (or equivalent)
- Proficient in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Projects)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Prioritize safety in all labor management activities
- Ensure high-quality standards in all project aspects
- Manage and oversee all aspects of labor productivity
