Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D. degree)
- 3+ years clinical experience in similar organization
- Proven exemplary performance in achieving company goals
- Ability to work a minimum of 4 days per week
Responsibilities
- Execute onboarding and training plans for new Optometrists
- Conduct initial assessments to identify performance gaps
- Maintain direct patient care responsibilities
Education
Doctor of Optometry (O.D. degree)
