Qualifications
- Valid Kentucky Nursing License or Compact Status
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive leadership experience
- Certifications; BLS and ACLS required
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement departmental goals
- Direct and evaluate departmental operations
- Plan and monitor staffing activities
- Prepare, monitor, and evaluate departmental budgets
- Coordinate and direct internal/external audits
- Integrate evidence-based practices into operations
