Qualifications
- Board-Certified in FM or IM or Geriatric Medicine
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare
- Maintain small patient panels for consistency and focus
- Work in an outpatient setting with 12-15 patients per day

Monday - Friday
