Qualifications
- Clear and active license in state of employment
- Board certification: chronic pain or pain medicine
- BC/BE in pain medicine
Responsibilities
- Assessment, diagnosis and treatment of pain related disorders
- Utilize multiple modalities including interventional procedures
- Provide relief and rehabilitation to patients
Working Hours
Monday-Thursday 7am-5pm, Friday 8am-12pm
