Description
Lead a team of Medical Science Liaisons in the hematology/oncology field to advance BMT products, provide strategic medical information, and develop scientific relationships.
Qualifications
- MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Demonstrated experience in the hematology/oncology therapeutic area with a strong preference for bone marrow transplant experience
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Medical Science Liaisons
- Establish clear goals and performance metrics for the MSL team
- Provide strategic guidance to establish collaborative scientific relationships with external experts
Education
