Join our fun growing team as a Registered Dental Assistant, providing top-notch care and creating a fantastic dental experience for our clients. Previous experience as an RDA is preferred.
Qualifications
- RDA Certification or proof you are near completing RDA certification
- X-ray certificate
- Coronal polishing certificate
- Associate degree from a school certified by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Computer and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Motivation to provide high-quality patient care
- Independent thinking
- Ability to adapt to schedule changes during the day
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
- Inform patient about planned dental care and answer related questions
- Take vital signs and accurately record medical history
- Take dental radiographs
- Sterilization and disinfection of instruments and equipment
- Set-up and break down operatories
- Chair-side assisting during procedures and exams
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies
- Schedule appointments
