Qualifications
- Current Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certificate or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) state licensure
- Previous experience as an Ortho assistant
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to provide high-quality patient care
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
- Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they have
- Do Orthodontics procedures such as bonding, adjustments, etc.
- Prep sterilized equipment for exams and procedures
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies
- Schedule appointments
