Qualifications
- Degree in dental hygiene from an accredited university
- Active Indiana dental hygiene license
- CPR and BLS certification
Responsibilities
- Perform dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing
- Conduct periodontal assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Communicate compassionately with patients and provide education on proper oral hygiene techniques
Working Hours
8am-4pm, Monday-Thursday and 8am-3pm on Fridays
