Qualifications
- Dental Education
- minimum 1 year experience in patient scheduling or patient management and/or dentistry
- knowledge of basic dental terms
- Dentrix/computer skills
- Excellent phone skills
- English fluency
Responsibilities
- schedule appointments with patients
- assist hygiene department with scheduling
- confirm appointments
- follow up with patients
- coordinate with accounts and insurance
- assist patients with pre-medications
- write detailed notes and records
