Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Contact Center Reporting and dashboards
- Proficient in Tableau and/or PowerBI design and development
- Experience with big data, NoSQL, SQL data query/extraction coding
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage native Genesys Cloud CX reports and dashboards
- Design and develop reporting solutions using Tableau and/or PowerBI
- Conduct data query/extraction coding using big data, NoSQL, and SQL technologies
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure reporting solutions meet business requirements
