Description
Join the Chicago Public Schools' Student Safety Services team as a Data Support for a part-time seasonal role. Verify and update confidential background check records to ensure safety within the district.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of professional work experience with employee records and databases
- Experience with MS Office, Google suite including using Google Drive for collaborative work
- Ability to use spreadsheets and skilled at using functions such as V-lookup and pivot tables
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Verify open records that are currently backlogged
- Combine confidential data related to criminal backgrounds from multiple sources
- Use databases to download and decrypt background-related information
