Responsibilities
- Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members
- Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Inform prospective members about membership options and promotions
- Facilitate updates to members' accounts
- Ensure retail items are stocked
- Operate POS system and accept payments
- Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club
- Other duties as assigned
