Looking for a hard-working, dog-loving individual to join our Member Services team in Chstain Square, Tucker, and Dunwoody, GA! Be the face of Scenthound, assist Dog Parents, and help drive membership growth and sales.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
Responsibilities
- Greet Dog Parents and Perform Intake Procedure
- Escort Dog Members to/from Grooming area & Lobby
- Answer Telephone and deliver health & wellness education
Working Hours
10 hour shift, Monday to Saturday, No evening hours past 7pm
