Join us as a Customer Service Representative at our B20 Drive Thru in South San Francisco. Assist clients with computer hardware deployment and be the first point of contact for customer drop-offs and pick-ups.
Qualifications
- 1+ year Customer Service experience
- 3+ years of IT related experience
Responsibilities
- Support of PC & MAC Platforms & Operating Systems
- Meet with customers per scheduled Calendar to assist with pick ups, drop offs, and hardware swaps
- Track the daily customer activity in our log
