Responsibilities
- Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
- Outbound calling to generate additional leads
- Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence
- Respond to customer requests and resolve issues
- Maintain and update customer database with accurate information
Working Hours
Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
