Responsibilities
- Manage shipments from booking through post-delivery
- Provide mid-transit status updates
- Assist with member issues and work with CS Team Leader to resolve problems
Education
BS in Business or International Studies preferred /1 year experience in logistics industry preferred/ 2 years experience in customer service
