Qualifications

- 2-4 years of experience handling customer-facing technical troubleshooting in a SaaS environment
Responsibilities
- Work directly with Sales Team onboarding new clients
- Training new clients and assisting existing clients with questions
- Respond to customers and document defects within SLA timescales
Education
A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field is required for this job
