Qualifications
- Associates Degree
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with DHS-Total Recall Software a plus
- Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must pass background check
- QuickBooks experience
Responsibilities
- Ability to answer multi-line phones
- Handle customer inquiries in a timely manner; enter call notes; create work orders; provide quotes; prepare service agreements; filing; scanning and data entry; pulling and re-filing customer records; daily dispatching and routing; bookkeeping
- Add new service customers and additional services to existing customers
- Reach team growth targets by deadline
- Support service and warehouse teams
