Qualifications
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
- Experience in crisis response and advocacy
Responsibilities
- Respond to calls/emails on the Resource Line
- Provide crisis intervention and assessments for clients
- Maintain client database and records
Education
Master's degree in human services, social work, or psychology
Working Hours
9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
