Qualifications
- Must have 10+ years of experience working on Taleo - PeopleSoft integration
- Proficiency in Oracle Taleo Recruiting & Transitions/Onboarding
- Experienced in PeopleSoft HCM applications (v 9.2) and PeopleSoft Tools (v 8.54)
Responsibilities
- Perform data/application analysis and fit gap analysis
- Create functional design specifications and conduct workshops
- Provide full life-cycle support in system analysis, design, and configuration
