Seeking a highly motivated problem solver with strong analytical capabilities to join our team as a Senior Managing Consultant in International Arbitration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, IP, valuation, statistics, or strategic analysis
- Master's degree or MBA
- Minimum 6 years of disputes-oriented work experience with international clients
Responsibilities
- Quantification of damages related to expropriation, breach of contract, and anticompetitive behavior
- Assessment of damages associated with sovereign debt restructurings
- Evaluation of efficacy of government regulations
