Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or an applied Science
- Certification by American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) in Microbiology
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Microbiology Lab
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a clinical lab
Responsibilities
- Develop testing strategies and plans with clients and partners
- Implement and test architecture designs for global deployments
- Provide technical guidance and support for the customer's voice network operations
- Manage and maintain voice call flow traffic and telecommunication platforms
- Oversee the migration of call flows and manage administrative tasks
- Produce and maintain documentation for communication management
