Qualifications
- B.A. or B.S. in Business, Psychology, Education, Communication or related field
- 6 years HR generalist experience with emphasis on employee relations
- 3 years direct labor relations experience
- 4 years internal consulting experience
Responsibilities
- Consult with leaders on partner-related questions and concerns
- Lead partner relations investigations and concerns
- Interpret and drive the evolution of Starbucks policies
