ADI Construction is looking for a New Construction Project Manager to lead, direct, and execute base building projects, offering competitive pay and a supportive work environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in New Construction / Base Building commercial projects
- Ability to read and understand all construction documents
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and processes
Responsibilities
- Effective communication throughout all levels of the business
- Prepare budget, cost estimates and schedules for bidding
- Conduct site visits and progress meetings to track progress
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent is required for this job
Working Hours
9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
