Qualifications
- Proven experience in coordinating roles, preferably in contracting or installation environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding contracts.
- Geographic knowledge to effectively plan and schedule installations.
- Excellent communication skills for conducting customer service calls.
- Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly review contracts to ensure accurate understanding of project requirements.
- Efficiently schedule installers based on project timelines and availability.
- Conduct follow-up phone calls (120 calls minimum daily) to ensure project progress and address any concerns.
- Promptly address and resolve any issues that may arise on the job site, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of geographical locations to optimize scheduling and logistics.
- Manage and optimize project schedules, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
