Description
Dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager needed to lead commercial construction projects to success. Must have experience in commercial projects and be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and clients.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors and financial aspects of projects
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all subcontractors for total project responsibility
- Direct company representative to owners, stakeholders, and project consultants
- Develop project schedule and maintain updates
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field is required for this job
Working Hours
9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
