Seeking a mechanically minded Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain a high-end commercial building in Sarasota. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs, support tenants, and ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of four years related experience/trade school training
Responsibilities
- Inspect building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing
- Perform repairs and maintenance of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and irrigation systems
- Maintain energy management program to operate systems efficiently
Working Hours
8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
