Lead and manage field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure project success as Site Superintendent at Glenn Rieder, LLC.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 7-10 years experience in field management role within custom cabinet making industry
- Extensive understanding of custom millwork/cabinetry structure
- Bi-lingual/Spanish preferred
- Previous experience supervising projects more than $5MM
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in problem solving/analysis
- Superior conflict resolution skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and implement alternate solutions to challenges
