Exciting opportunity for a Commercial Construction Manager overseeing luxury home development in Park City. Manage daily construction processes, coordinate with trade partners, ensure quality standards and budget constraints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or 5+ years experience in commercial construction projects
- Proficient in construction practices, procedures and building codes
- Ability to manage trade partners and vendors
Responsibilities
- Supervise and schedule all trade partners and on-site personnel
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines and safety programs
- Maintain quality control inspections at each construction phase
Education
A bachelor’s degree in construction management or 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial construction projects is required for this job
