Description
Seeking a Construction Project Manager for healthcare/medical projects. Lead project teams, manage construction phases, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 10 or more years of experience as a Project Manager preferred
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or a Construction Management Professional (CM) preferred
Responsibilities
- Manages, oversees and coordinates all facets of the pre-construction, bid and award, construction and close-out phase of all assigned projects
- Act as an Owners Representative with direct client-facing responsibilities
- Conduct project meetings and provide documentation, administration, and tracking of relevant information
