Exciting opportunity to join the Lombardo Homes family as an Estimator! Help manage all aspects of the Purchasing Department and ensure high customer satisfaction standards are met.
Qualifications
- Five (5) years in residential home estimating
- Previous experience with ERP system(s)
- Previous experience with Estimating software
Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing and estimating activities
- Assist in development and maintenance of option cost and pricing
- Monitor subcontractor performance and workload
