Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- 5-8 years DEC industry experience with 3+ years as a Project Manager
- CCM credential, DBIA certification, or LEED Accreditation preferred
Responsibilities
- Providing PM/CM Consultant Services
- Ensuring compliance with project management procedures
- Managing project controls and activities
