Description
Looking for a highly experienced MEP Superintendent to manage complex construction projects with minimal guidance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Science, or Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of fifteen years of experience
- Team-oriented individual capable of managing others
- Design/Build experience a plus
- Demonstrated success in managing construction scope on mid to large sized projects
- Superior planning ability
Responsibilities
- Directly manage a project's construction activities to meet specifications
- Manage complex to highly complex projects
- Coordinate craft superintendents, contractors, and craft activates on projects
- Oversee discipline-specific scopes of work from $2MM - $10MM
