Description
Seeking a Healthcare Construction Project Manager with strong history of recent healthcare experience representing owners on capital programs, facility upgrades, renovations, and additions for both new and occupied healthcare facilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum of 10 years of clinical renovations and owner representative/project management experience in Hospital, Healthcare Systems, Pharmaceutical, and Laboratory related projects
- Demonstrated history in managing a minimum of $50 million in healthcare or related construction
Responsibilities
- Manage the project team, develop policies and procedures, and mentor team members
- Monitor design and construction activities to ensure quality standards are met
- Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules
