Description
We need a motivated Construction Superintendent with 7+ years experience to join our team at JRM Construction Management, LLC and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Engineering, Construction Management or related Bachelors degree
- 7+ years of experience working on core/shell projects
- NYC Buildings Construction Superintendent License
- 10-Hour OSHA and 30-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certificate
- 4-Hour Supported Scaffold User Certificate
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all site construction activities
- Maintain highest quality and supervise all trade and field personnel
- Assure implementation of corporate safety program requirements
