Qualifications
- 5-10 years' related experience on mechanical/plumbing projects
- Thorough understanding of basic HVAC/R controls
- BA/BS degree in mechanical systems related field or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Work closely with mechanical installation manager for project take-offs
- Manage bid process from start to finish
- Attend project walkthroughs and determine cost affecting factors
Education
Able to use conventional business tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, etc.
