Qualifications
- 10+ years of tunneling and heavy civil project experience
- 5+ years of estimating experience on tunneling projects
- 5+ years of team leadership/supervision in estimating
- Experience with HCSS, Primavera P6, Procore, or similar software
Responsibilities
- Lead, review, and sign off on all estimating activities for tunneling projects
- Thoroughly review contract plans, specifications, and other bid documents
- Prepare bid and proposal submission documents
