Exciting opportunity for a Data Center Construction Project Manager with 10-15 years experience to join a leading general contractor of data center construction services in Kansas City, MO. Must have exceptional organizational skills and experience with large-scale projects.
Qualifications
- Experience managing Data Center Construction Projects with a design/build firm from ground up and existing data center fit outs
- Relevant experience in the Data Center Construction Industry
- Client Facing/Client relationship/Client Management skills
Responsibilities
- Plan and organize large-scale data center construction project (no less than $30mm)
- Put together Critical Facilities Construction Project plans - size up, costs, scheduling, timeline
- Oversee MEP portion of the project
