- 5 years' service experience specific to Commercial and Industrial HVAC
- Valid Driver's License
- Successful completion of a UA Apprenticeship Program

- Servicing, troubleshooting, and cleaning heating and cooling equipment
- Building strong customer relationships
- Completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files
