Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 5+ years of field experience
- Experience supervising subcontractors
- Safety first mindset
- Familiar with ProCore, SmartSheets, BlueBeam, Excel
Responsibilities
- Run profitable projects from $5M - $50M
- Perform weekly safety inspections/meetings
- Interpret project scope
- Scheduling of subcontractors/manpower
- Order materials/tools/equipment
- Effectively communicate between subcontractors and stakeholders
- Maintain records onsite
- Schedule non-building material during project start up phase
- Prepare and meet with subcontractors/suppliers at pre-construction meeting
