Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management
- 5-7 years of project management experience in construction
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in project management software
Responsibilities
- Develop clear work statements aligning with project goals
- Manage daily project administration
- Train and mentor Project Managers
- Negotiate change orders for projects
- Maintain detailed logs of project progress
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers
- Collaborate with onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent
- Investigate and resolve project issues
- Prepare monthly cost reports
- Protect company's interests while building client relationships
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
