- 5+ years experience in construction estimating
- Able to read architectural plans and develop cost estimates
- Strong understanding of hospitality or healthcare construction
Responsibilities
- Examine drawings and specifications for job requirements, quantity takeoff and pricing
- Solicit bids from subcontractors and suppliers
- Coordinate project buyout and hand off to Project Management Team
