Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical tasks
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and regulations
Responsibilities
- Assist with the construction of structures or other projects as needed
- Perform physical labor, including but not limited to digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Operate machinery and use hand tools effectively and safely
- Follow instructions from supervisors and other team members
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion
- Perform other duties as assigned
