Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of estimating experience in the construction, environmental, or similar industry
- Proficient in MS Office Suite with advanced knowledge of excel
- Ability to manage and generate project estimates for projects ranging from $25,000 up to $5,000,000
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and complete estimates for environmental and fuel facility related projects
- Create accurate take offs for all phases of construction using material costs and labor breakdowns
- Obtain prices from vendors and subcontractors for materials, equipment, and services
