Qualifications
- 7-10 years experience in heavy commercial construction
- Experience in excavation, site work, foundation construction, and steel installation
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Software proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
Responsibilities
- Assuring compliance with contracts and documents
- Ensuring projects are on schedule, within budget, and meet specifications
- Overseeing on-site safety, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
- Coordinating all trades on-site
- Updating project-related documents
