Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial general construction estimating
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and online estimating programs
Responsibilities
- Meeting with Owners, Architects, and Trades for Sales and Bid negotiations
- Preparing scope of work letters for all 16 Divisions for bids
Working Hours
Monday thru Friday, 7am to 5pm
