Responsibilities
- Develop preliminary budgets
- Value engineering
- Preconstruction schedules
- Procurement plans
- Prequalification of subcontractors
- Detailed take off and estimating
- Definition of bid package scopes
- Subcontractor/supplier bidding process
- Present detailed estimates of the work
- Prepare bid packages
- Obtain bids from subcontractors and material vendors
- Analyze bids
- Prepare subcontracts and purchase orders
Education
Construction Engineering or Construction Management degree is preferred
Working Hours
Monday-Friday 7am-5pm
