Qualifications
- 3-10 years of construction estimating experience
- Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
- Good working knowledge of construction techniques
Responsibilities
- Provide detailed construction cost estimates based upon conceptual documents
- Interface with other estimating disciplines and project team members
- Read and understand plans and specifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural, Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar field of study preferred
